I was a chronic nail biter for over five decades. It was all due to stress and severe anxiety. Unfortunately, my nails took a beating.

At one point, I had no nail plate at all on my pinkie and thumb nails, that's how bad it was. My hands looked awful. I was super embarrassed and would not show my hands at all.

I remember being on a bus on my way home and an elderly women patted my arm and she said "Try eating sunflower seeds instead of your nails."

I did. It did not work. I finally saw a hypnotherapist to stop the chewing, and that really worked, but it left my nails damaged. 

​

I then tried lotions, repairs, hardeners, strengtheners, oils, and my nails would look good for about ten days, but getting a free edge was IMPOSSIBLE. My nails would grow to certain length, split, shred, crack and break. 

​

I tried Gel nails. Only made it worse. Then, I thought I would try dry nail strips. 

​

I was not expecting anything other than the usual, BUT my nails GREW. And they did not break or shred. AND I could make them fancy or plain, or gorgeous.

The best part is I could do this anywhere! My first two manicures were in an RV park! And my nails looked AMAZING.
